Scope ✅ 2VE 커뮤니티 기수 모집, 선발, 활동 관리, 졸업 전환 ✅ 국내 + 글로벌 커뮤니티 멤버 모두 해당 ❌ 크리에이터 시딩 (유료 보상) → 크리에이터/인플루언서 시딩 SOP 참조 ❌ 일반 고객 리뷰 관리 → 별도 CS 프로세스 참조 Procedure Step 1: 기수 모집 공고 (D-30) [마케팅 담당자]가 2VE 모집 공고를 작성한다 모집 채널: 인스타그램 스토리, 자사몰 팝업, 기존 멤버 추천 모집 기간: 최소 2주 확보 모집 폼에 포함할 항목: 인스타 핸들, 팔로워 수, 지원 동기, 활동 가능 기간 WHY: 모집 기간이 짧으면 양질의 지원자를 확보하기 어렵다 완료 조건: 모집 공고 게시 + 지원 폼 오픈 Step 2: 지원자 심
