홀세일 라인시트는 LEEJAE 측에서 전달예정 EMPTY, GR8, ENG, BEAMS등 사입처 홀세일 시트 전달 기존 계약 당시 국내 사입처는 리이제 측에서 홀세일 시트 전달, 해외 사입처는 2000아카이브스 측에서 홀세일 시트 전달하는 것으로 계약 완료되었습니다. 리이제 측에 해외 사입처의 오더를 연결해주는 취지로 위 내용으로 소통했었습니다. 다만, 현재 계약서 상 위탁(라이센스)형태로 계약이 진행되었고, 저희 해외 사입처는 사입형태로 오더를 진행하고 있어, 이로 인한 로스가 발생할 가능이 있습니다. 그래서 2000아카이브스 측에서는 국내 사입처에는 홀세일 시트를 전달하지 않고, 해외 사입처에만 홀세일 시트를 전달하기로 결정하였고, 홀세일 공급율의 경우, 아래 계약 사항에 따라 다르게 설정해야하므로, 모호는 위 공헌이익(=매출 - 수수료 - 원가율 - 기타 합의 공제)의 **33%**를 킨도프에게 라이센스 비용으로 지급한다. 각 사에서 협의 후 전달하기로 하였습니다. 그래서 현재
